SKAGEN voted against one proposal at the annual general meeting in Aryzta on the 8 December 2015.
At the meeting SKAGEN voted, on behalf of SKAGEN Focus which is a shareholder in the company, against one proposal related to the possibility to present proposals directly at the AGM. The reason for the vote is that such a proposal would make it difficult for shareholders not physically present at the AGM to be able to vote.
SKAGEN held some 72 000 shares at the time of the meeting. This was equal to 0.08 percent of the company.
