SKAGEN’s vote at IRSA AGM/EGM

SKAGEN voted against two proposals at the annual general meeting in IRSA on the 30. October 2015.

At the meeting SKAGEN voted, on behalf of SKAGEN Global and SKAGEN M2 which are shareholders in the company, against two proposals related to the election of directors and to approve amendments to its shared services agreement report. Both items were voted against because the company did not disclose enough information ahead of the meeting.

SKAGEN held 1.9 million shares at the time of the meeting. This was equal to 3.3 percent of the company.
